I’m naturally pretty quiet, and talking to people I didn’t really know used to fill me with anxiety, so sitting there with a perfectly lovely but very chatty hairdresser for an hour or more was basically my worst nightmare.

Pricing
A silent haircut with me is £70. This is the same price and service as a standard cut and finish, just without the chatter. It includes:
– A warm welcome into my beautiful salon space on Whitworth Street
– Unlimited free drinks
– An in-depth consultation where I’ll work with you to figure out the perfect style for you
– A relaxing head massage coupled with a conditioner perfect for your hair type
– A precise haircut designed to last
– Styling and finishing, plus advice on how to create the same look at home
– No hard selling of expensive products. In fact, no selling at all!
– Complete blissful quiet
What is a silent haircut?
Short version: it’s a haircut without all the general chit-chat.
Obviously I can’t guarantee complete silence in a salon environment – other clients are in, hair dryers are being used and there will always be some background noise (though you’re welcome to bring low-profile earplugs to drown this out).
What I can guarantee is that I won’t talk to you throughout your appointment unless it’s directly related to your hair and absolutely necessary.
We’ll have an in-depth consultation at the start of your appointment where we’ll talk about what you’re looking to get from your hair and find the perfect look for you, but after that you can relax knowing I’ll only talk to you to ask for feedback or ask you to move your head when needed. So you’re free to close your eyes and relax, put your earphones in and Spotify on, read a book, browse Instagram, or do whatever it is you do to relax.

Where do I start! Having been with Rebecca for years, she’s one of the few people I trust with my hair. Rebecca listens to every single thing that I ask for in my haircut, plus she gives her own recommendations as to what style would suit me best. She’s always so gentle when cutting hair, and her head massages are to die for!!! She’s always giving me tips on how to best maintain my hair and how to style it once it’s been cut.
